Initially, the main focus was on the desire for modern patient entertainment that could offer more options than the TV sets that were still commonly used at the time. The company developed its own software and sophisticated, flexible technology for the ClinicAll system.

The ClinicAll software has been in use on Windows end devices since 2012 and has also been available for iOS and Android since 2018. This means that all major operating systems are covered.
