New: Video call
The ClinicAll Communicator app has now become even more powerful: Patients using the app can now not only send messages to nursing staff with various service requests - but also use the new Video Call!
It's very simple: as a patient, you simply send a message requesting a video call. The nurse responsible for the patient receives the notification immediately - and can then start the video call immediately or later as soon as he or she is ready.
This means that the nursing staff can determine the exact time when the call is started. This avoids having to answer a video call at inopportune moments, which could potentially disrupt the workflow.
It's as simple as that:
ClinicAll Communicator is a streamlined app for iOS and Android. The app enables patients or residents of care facilities to send messages to their nurses and carers directly from their smartphone.
Staff (on the ward, for example) receive the patient messages directly as push messages on their own mobile device. They can call up the respective status of all patients and residents on a simple overview at any time and confirm and reply to the messages.
No central technology required:
ClinicAll Communicator thus maps all the possibilities of a soft nurse call. No hardware installations are required in your facility. The application runs via the secure ClinicAll cloud server.

A study* has shown that in clinics with a conventional nurse call (bell in the room), up to one hour of additional pick-up and drop-off time per shift per ward is incurred. The control systems from AZ systems are open solutions. Automation components and field devices can communicate with each other across manufacturers via standard bus systems such as BACnet, OPC UA, OPC DA, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, KNX/EIB, DALI, SMI or M-Bus. This makes it easier to replace individual components and makes you manufacturer-independent. The integration of control systems from different manufacturers into a building automation system is easy to implement via a BACnet interface, for example.
